  If there was anything negative to say, I wouldn't know what it is. Great associates that were spot on from start to end. Adrienne was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and did not stop assisting me until everything was addressed and taken care of. An absolute great asset and cornerstone to the team. Tremendously pleased and satisfied with the care I received in the New Hartford location. Highly recommended, TOP NOTCH!

  First, know this commentary is totally unsolicited. In today's world of surley customer service, it is great to send the following. Travis Prince was absolutely terrific assisting me to transition to my new iPhone from my older Sprint phone. Travis was very well informed about the product and could not have been nicer. It is refreshing to deal with such a customer centric individual. He is an excellent representative of Sprint. Saturday, September 23, 2017 Again, this commentary is totally unsolicited. I returned to the Sprint store in New Hartford, NY because I had several questions regarding my new iPhone. Both times I visited this location, Zajaya was very patient and knowledgeable about my new iPhone. She took her time and with a smile, answered all of my questions and took care of all of my concerns and did do with a smile. We are very happy with the service of these two young people who are exemplary in their service to their customers
