I don't understand that for all the years I have been shopping there they have never repaired the roof! It looks like an alien invasion with tubes connected to the leaky spots in the ceiling; draining into garbage pails. There are so many vacant stores throughout New Hartford why in the world would they want to remain there? They definitely need to hire more cashiers. The lines for checkout can be unbelievably long at times.
