  Good store with a unique market of items and niche products such as box sets of anime, wrestling, and good selection of music. HOWEVER, the one thing that is absolutely killing this store would be overabundance of offers and I would like to call "scams" that they provide. The company thinks this is what makes good business and makes good offers. But in the end its just manipulating people's busy scheduled lives and charges them on their credit cards. Coming from someone who worked at this establishment for over two years I can say these "offers" that we had were nothing more than a hassle for when you were cashing someone out. But yet these policies were ENFORCED on the employees to sell these offers or otherwise they cut your hours. Some these offers they have make sense. Product replacement plans, membership card, but some of the things they have, such as the magazines they offer are just complete scams that are prying upon people's busy schedules. Initially it is a free service, but they automatically charge your card after a certain number of months. The tell you cancelling is easy, it's not, it relativity takes around a 20 minute phone call to cancel, and within the phone of canceling they still try to sell stuff to you,not simple in my book. I want to love this store because these type of stores are honestly dying out due to the hike of digital sales. But the upper level management needs to shift their priorities into good customer service, instead of focusing on promotional scams. My best advice is to check out the place for yourself, there are some awesome items there (a bit overpriced, but still) just think twice before signing up anything they have offered there.
